We accept referrals for clients from the age of 16 years as well as adults. We offer an alternative to residential, domiciliary and nursing home care by providing care in the home to support independent living. We develop services on a 1:1 staff:client ratio, as well as 2:2, 2:3 & 1:3 ratios depending on the clients needs. We provide our service 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year.
We take a holistic approach to housing solutions, bespoke to users needs, not just the property but the surrounding environment, community & local amenities. Our clients benefit from well-balanced, fulfilling weeks with structure and routine. Having set weekly activities (voluntary or paid employment, group activities and education courses) helps to provide a stable, high quality of life. Service users are supported to identify outcomes and goals that can be worked towards.
We have an established relationship with a Housing Association that offers a wide range of accommodation to suit service user’s varying needs such as, in groups, shared and single tenancies. Starting with a positive foundation for engagement allows service users to develop a package of support that suits their needs and will enable them to live independently and safely.
