About Us

Finefutures is a supported living company that provides CQC registered Care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions, and Neurodiverse needs. As part of the referral process, Finefutures works with Local private landlords, agents and Housing Associations to source appropriate, good quality accommodation. We ensure that the bespoke services not only provide the right support, but in the right environment, with safe and affordable accommodation. We work with a number of key stakeholders and local authorities across the UK.

Our staff are trained in mandatory and bespoke subjects that relate directly to each client's individual needs.

We have maintained a structure that delivers services in small core teams, with Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Team Managers providing direct support in each service. We feel it is important to provide consistency and continuity to clients and so our teams work mainly with one or two individuals at a time so that natural, professional relationships can develop and shared learning about the service needs and outcomes can occur.

We have a Clinical Team that ensures the advice and direction of the Multidisciplinary Team is followed by our staff, and also enables us to respond quickly to the changing needs of our clients.

We have an established relationship with a Housing Association that offers a wide range of accommodation to suit service user's varying needs such as, in groups, shared and single tenancies. Starting with a positive foundation for engagement allows service users to develop a package of support that suits their needs and will enable them to live independently and safely.

We take a holistic approach to housing solutions, bespoke to users needs, not just the property but the surrounding environment, community & local amenities. Our clients benefit from well-balanced, fulfilling weeks with structure and routine. Having set weekly activities (voluntary or paid employment, group activities and education courses) helps to provide a stable, high quality of life. Service users are supported to identify outcomes and goals that can be worked towards.

We accept referrals for clients from the age of 16 years as well as adults. We offer an alternative to residential, domiciliary and nursing home care by providing care in the home to support independent living. We develop services on a 1:1 staff:client ratio, as well as 2:2, 2:3 & 1:3 ratios depending on the clients needs. We provide our service 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year.

Our aim is to help all service users lead a high quality and fulfilled life. During this journey we work closely with every service user and their support network to develop their life skills, take balanced risks, gain confidence and sustain an independent tenancy in the longer term.

"I would like to thank you all, for everything you do for my son. Your dedication, caring and support you give him is unbelievable. I’ve said it before, not everyone can be a carer, it takes a special person and that is what all of you are.

"Following a spontaneous visit, I have high praise for the staff member who was supporting the client, they were singing and baking in the kitchen. The client was happy and engaging well and his mood appears to have lifted."
